Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of CARDSERV FINANCE LTD (“CARDSERV FINANCE”, “we”, “us”, “our”) services and platforms, including but not limited to cardserv.io. In compliance with FINTRAC regulations, we retain client identification records and transaction information for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction or account closure, whichever is later. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
